Westridge CrossFit in Asheville

I love me a good fitness event and photographing a few gatherings of a local Asheville CrossFit studio, Westridge CrossFit, was a fun collision of my professional worlds. After spending 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry and investing in humans investing in their wellness, I had so much fun catching the physical feats of a community with some serious muscle, a lot of grit and a whole lotta heart.
